We have previously opened in September to display Autumn colour but this year we opened in July when the garden is probably at its most dramatic.

A privately owned and maintained country garden of about 3 acres. It has been developed over 25 years. The garden is open under the National Garden Charity Scheme and is very popular with visitors.

Large country garden designed, planted and maintained by artistic plant collector and practical husband. Secluded seating areas among scented plants. Colourful, richly planted borders with imaginative and unusual plant combinations. Wildlife friendly ponds and modern rill, orchard with old roses, grasses, meadow and summerhouse. Vegetables in raised beds. Pet rabbits in pen.
