Hint - Mouse over any of the pictures to view large scale. Pictures taken in the height of summer so don't expect to see apple blossom in October, but do expect to see a profusion of Autumn colour.


A privately owned and maintained country garden of about 3 acres. It has been developed over 25 years. The garden is open under the National Garden Charity Scheme and is very popular with visitors.

Large country garden designed, planted and maintained by artistic plant collector and practical husband. Secluded seating areas among scented plants. Colourful, richly planted borders with imaginative and unusual plant combinations. Wildlife friendly ponds and rill, orchard with old roses, grasses, meadow and summerhouse. Vegetables in raised beds.
